30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to love your RoamCozy heated wearable blanket. If you're not completely satisfied, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.
Eligibility
Returns are accepted when the product is in its original condition, unworn or gently tested, with all original packaging and accessories (including the power bank and charging cable). Items that show signs of extended use, damage, or missing components may not qualify for a full refund.
How to Start a Return
Contact us at contact.@roamcozy.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24-48 hours with return instructions and a prepaid shipping label (for US orders).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Exchanges
Want a different size or have a defective item? We're happy to send a replacement at no extra cost. Just reach out to our support team.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your RoamCozy arrives damaged or develops a fault within 60 days of purchase, we'll replace it free of charge—no questions asked. Simply send us a photo of the issue and we'll take care of the rest.
