Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates
We offer free standard shipping on all orders. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.
Order Tracking
Every order includes tracking. Once your RoamCozy ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Customs & Import Duties
For international orders (UK and EU), your purchase may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. RoamCozy is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Shipping Delays
While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or customs. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at support@roamcozy.com and we'll help track it down.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first. If it's still missing after 48 hours, reach out to us and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it or send a replacement.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're unable to modify addresses once an order has shipped. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
